Emergency bug fixes for critical issues (24 hours SLA)

A critical bug is an issue that:

  1. Blocks users from using the service (users can't send, receive, claim, offer, or use verifiable credentials).

  2. Identified as unintended data linkage or compromised private data.

  3. Causes the OwlMeans Credentials library or service to crash.

  4. Allows a third party to gain undesired access to control a user's profile or data without physical access or taking control at the OS level of their device.
